Description and application
Rocathaan Hotspray PA 136-T is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component spray pure polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared surfaces as concrete, metal and wood. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications. Rocathaan Hotspray PA 136-T possesses the following certificates:

Cab be used as protection /linning for swimming pools, basins, hot tubs, tanks, façades, etc. As a wear-resistant layer in industry and construction, including ramps and parking roofs. It is ideally suited to cut and cover tunnels, sub structure/below grade, roof refurbishment, and any structure requiring chemical and abrasion resistance.
Also suitable as finishing for a wide variety of shapes and applications. Is also often used to coat insulation material, such as EPS and foam. If desired, it can be finished with a colored finish.

Shelf life If cooled in unopened packaging and protected from frost, shelf life is at least 12 months from the production date.
This material must be applied utilizing high-pressure, heated plural component spray proportioning equipment. The proportioning equipment must be capable of supplying correct pressure and the for
appropriate hose length on a consistent base. The spraying properties have a significant influence on the reaction time, hardening time and treatment.
